Running Club

Run club meets once a week after cross country season - either on Tuesday afternoons or Friday mornings. A detailed schedule will be linked on the Rocky Top website. This is for those who want to just run and have some outdoor fun. Mileage varies depending on who and how many students show up. On occasion, parents and siblings have joined us as well. Those students interested just need to contact Ms. Rubis and give a heads up!

Please go straight to the Orchestra Room (Door #20) for club. 
There is no cost. We ask that you dress appropriately for the weather as we do run outside. This is meant to be more of a social run and not cross country practice. There is a detailed schedule linked below. On that doc, there is a link to sign up for Remind which is the fastest way for me to communicate out any reminders, changes etc. There have been a couple cancellations due to weather and it's the fastest way on a Friday morning to get that out.
