Gifted and Talented Night!
TONIGHT
Please join us for an evening full of information on our GT program! We will be meeting Thursday, November 19, 2009 from 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the school library. If you are the parent of a currently identified GT student or if you are interested in information about having your child tested for GT designation, you are encouraged to attend. Be aware that Adams 12 Five Star Schools defines high ability/gifted and talented students as those who require differentiated services beyond those provided by regular school programs. At this meeting we will also present the Advanced Learning Plan and discuss major projects for the year. If you have questions please feel free to contact Katy Gribble, Reuben Maes or Tom Atwood. 2009 National Junior Honor Society Food Drive A Giving Success!
The 2009 National Junior Honor Society Food Drive was an incredible success.
Thank you, Rocky Top Families! Because of you, we were able to provide food baskets for 150 District 12 families in need.
It feels good to give, and you all should feel GREAT!

6th graders Rachel Ryan and Alyssa May Richter are part of the Stars 12U fast pitch softball team that tied for 4th place at the ASA Halloween Bash Tournament November 7 - 8. Playing on Rocky Top's home field made the day extra special. Way to go!
